Tackle -3rd-6th grade - may do late registration during the fundamentals camp starting August 3rd.  A Physicians Release Form must be provided to play tackle football, and physicals are no longer available through league registration.  In order to register and play, players must now bring the Physician's release form with them to registration.  You may take the registration form below to your doctor, or use a form provided by the doctor's office.

Major Flag - 2nd grade Can sign up by down loading form (with payment) and mailing to the PO Box address. 

Minor Flag-  K / 1st grade  Can sign up during camp (August 3rd-5th) or they may down load and mail form to PO Box # with payment.
